Edit MyAbsence

1. Click on Menu icon.

The Menu icon is located on the top left corner of the Student Portal profile page.

2. Click on My Absences.

The menu icon will expand down the left hand side, thus displaying the full menu list of the student portal. Please Note The student may not have full access as shown on the image above. Access rights varies between different University campuses.

3. Choose the specific absent request.

Use the feature Date range to locate the specific  Absent request.

4. Click on the edit icon

5. Make the appropiate changes

6. Edit start time and end time.

The student has the option to cancel changes by clicking on "X" button(1). To confirm the changes made the student must click on the calender icon on the right(2).

7. Edit the start date and end date.

8. Click on save button.

The student can make all relevent changes as shown above. the student can make a comment also( this may contain further explanation and contact details).  The relevant portlet will instantly be updated once the save button is clicked.
