Help (Student)
Clicking the Help menu will open the relevant Help page, the behaviour will depend on the device being used. Whether a web browser or a native app and the configuration of the destination page. It is recommended that the destination page is a mobile compatible/responsive page.
1. Login to the student portal using the student's credentials
2. Click on the menu icon on the top left hand side.
Once the Menu icon is clicked, a dropdown list will appear down the left hand side. Select the menu item "Help".
Click on the item "Help"
4. Ensure the student is navigated correctly.
5. Click on the menu icon on the top left handside.
Select the Log Off Button
