Select by Day or Week to view patterns of attendance or non-attendance on a daily or weekly basis within the selected date range*.

Enter required pattern search

The Pattern column in the grid view displays the sequence of registered card transactions with a 'n' for no swipes and a 'y' for registered transactions per day or per week. For example, when Select by Week is chosen if 'nnn' is displayed in the Pattern column this represents three consecutive weeks where no card transactions have been registered for the student.

The Pattern Search field allows the user to search for the presence of specific patterns of registered transactions or patterns where no transactions are made.

Some Pattern examples explained using the Select by Week;

ynn -> 1 week of registered card transactions followed by 2 weeks where no transactions were registered

nyn -> 1 week where no transactions registered followed by 1 week of registered card transactions followed by 1 week where no transactions were registered
