Send Message
Click on Lecture detail portlet to open,
Select 5 Lecturers on the main grid
Click on the icon on the top left side of grid.
Ensure that all the mandatory fields are completed.
Click on "Submit" button to send the emails.
The user will be notified if all messages are sent successfully or not.
