3. Add data to message template

Add data to message template

Use this drop down list to select an item of data to be placed in the email such as <attendance>.  Once the data item is selected press the Add to Subject or Add to Body buttons to add this data to the current position in either the subject line or the body of the email.

3.1. Click add to subject

4. Click save
