View user role details

The user role management portlet is for creating and editing roles, which are then assigned to individual tdsaccess back office users via the user management portlet. The role holds the restrictions of which portlets the user can access and what data the user can view.

Note: There are 2 standard roles in tdsaccess that cannot be deleted. The all role is for TDS use to configure the system. The default role is automatically assigned to users if they have not been specifically assigned a role via user management.  

1. Select Menu => Admin => User Role Management

View all roles

All roles within tdsaccess are displayed.  Data displayed is the role name, description, type (user (read-only), manager and administrator) and size (how many users are assigned to the role).

More options gives the ability to filter by role type.
